My Day-of Coordination package is for couples who’ve already done the planning but want a calm, capable, and detail-obsessed pro to make sure it all unfolds exactly as imagined. From the moment I arrive, I’m your point person, problem-solver, and go-to for everything so you can focus on marrying the love of your life, not wondering if the cake has arrived.

• Full wedding day coordination — up to 12 hours on-site with myself and an assistant

• Initial meeting to get to know you, your vision, and your dream day details

• Detailed planning session (6–8 weeks before) to review contracts, floor plans, timelines, styling notes, and photo must-haves

• Venue walk-through to confirm layout, logistics, and flow

• Rehearsal coordination (1 hour, typically the day before)

• Unlimited email, text, and phone check-ins leading up to your day

• Vendor communication & confirmation — I’ll take over as your main point of contact

• Custom wedding day timeline shared with vendors and your wedding party

• Set up and styling of ceremony and reception décor

• Tear down and packing away ceremony and reception décor
